To apply for a litter of puppies, please fill out the form provided and post it in a separate thread. Upon completion, create a a new thread with the title as follows:

For the staff:

Once a staff member has filled this out and replied to the topic, anyone with a reserve card is free to redeem it from the shop. This means anyone who has bought a reserve card, can have first pick of the litter. However, only after the parent users have chosen. Parent users always get the first picks. If multiple people reserve a pup from a single litter, the pickings will be in order, first to redeem their card chooses first, second chooses second, and so on. Once these users have chosen or if no one had reserved them, the puppies are free for adoption in a first come first serve basis.
